Сюжет:

Обычный парень Джордж Джанг по-своему начинает претворять в жизнь американскую мечту: он хочет стать первым импортером кокаина в Америке. Джанг создает себе рынок по сбыту кокаина, в который входят самые богатые и знаменитые люди США. Деньги и роскошь не заставляют себя ждать. Так же, как риск и опасности. Обводя вокруг пальца и ФБР-овцев и колумбийских наркобаронов, Джордж Джанг получал свою порцию адреналина, которая для него была важнее всего, даже кокаина…

В фильме «Кокаин», основанном на реальных событиях, рассказывается о 30-летней наркодеятельности Джорджа Джанга, не только способствовавшего распространению в Америке кокаина, но и, по его словам, контролировавшего replica uhren deutschland более 80% поставок наркотиков из Колумбии в Америку.

Молодой Джанг не хотел быть похожим на работягу-отца, хотя тот и был достоин уважения. Джордж был способным молодым человеком, но выбор его пал на довольно рискованное дело: он начал понемногу торговать марихуаной, после чего стал продавать кокаин по налаженному каналу.

Финал жизни Джанга предсказуем: наркобизнес – дело опасное, рискованное и, к тому же, преследуемое законом. Друзья и компаньоны наркоторговцев – люди соответствующие. Джанг был одними подставлен, другими – предан, и после двух недолгих «отсидок» в итоге получил довольно большой срок, которые отбывает и поныне.

Кстати, в финале на экране появляется настоящий Джанг (конечно, не такой симпатичный, как актер Джонни Депп).

Герой Джонни Деппа в фильме «Кокаин» достаточно нетипичен, в особенности для Голливуда. Интересно, что тут нет характерного для американских фильмов хэппи-енда: история заканчивается печально и поучительно, символизируя крах надежд и амбиций Джорджа Джанга, давно увязшего в преступной деятельности, и расплачивающегося, к сожалению, за то, что привык сдерживать свое слово, данное партнерам или своей дочери.

Сначала Джанг получает все, потом – все это теряет: и любовь, и доверие, и ребенка, и самого себя…

Джонни Депп, в свою очередь,прекрасно справился со своей ролью. Роль Джорджа Джанга – одна из самых известных ролей Деппа.
