First of all I would like to say great blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. After I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service? Cheers!
